HireFlow Systems provides custom-built operational management software for hire businesses. Each system is scoped, designed, and delivered based on an agreed specification. The specific features, timelines, and deliverables are defined in the individual service agreement between HireFlow Systems and the client.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, server, or account
• Transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content
• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of our software or systems
• Use our services in a way that infringes on the rights of others

4. Account Responsibility

Where you are provided access to a HireFlow system, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.

5. Intellectual Property

All design, code, and systems developed by HireFlow Systems remain the intellectual property of HireFlow Systems unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. Clients are granted a licence to use the delivered system for their business operations. This licence does not permit resale, redistribution, or modification without consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

HireFlow Systems will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our services. Our total liability in connection with any service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for losses resulting from events beyond our reasonable control.

7. No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Service

While we aim to maintain high availability and reliability, we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may occasionally affect availability.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service arrangement in accordance with the terms of the individual service agreement. HireFlow Systems reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where terms are breached or misuse is detected.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated in advance where possible.
